eSARF Initiator Guide

Overview

This guide will assist the Initiator in creating a SARF. The user requiring the access can initiate the SARF or someone can initiate the SARF in their behalf. For role definitions and overview of the SARF process, refer to the eSARF Overview guide.

  11. You may also check the box at the bottom to be notified via email when the SARF is processed.
  12. Click Submit when you are finished.
